20L/H Micro UHT/HTST Line realize heat treatment test with a minimum batch size of 3 liters which allows completely simulate industrial heat treatment in the laboratory and R&D centers. Our range of heat treatment systems allows for in-container pasteurization, inline pasteurization and sterilization and batch cooking of a wide variety of liquid products. We can provide you with a variety of different heat exchangers and methods, including HTST and UHT. Our heat treatment systems have a rated capacity range from 20L/H and 300L/H.

The ER-S20 20L/H Micro UHT/HTST Line is highly versatile. It allows you to run a trial with a 3 liters of product only, minimizing the amount of ingredient that is required, as well as the time required for preparation, set-up and processing.

Moreover, the ER-S20 20L/H Micro UHT/HTST Line helps improve R&D activity by allowing you to conduct a greater number of trials in 1 day.

It could be integrated with an inline Upstream homogenizer, and an inline Downstream homogenizer, and an inline DSI Module, and an inline Aseptic filling Cabinet depend on your actual needs.
