Tube-in-Tube UHT System
The UHT sterilizer ensures feed meets international safety standards. Waste passes through stainless tubes inside heated jackets, sterilized at 135°C within seconds. This guarantees uniform heating, pathogen elimination, and hygienic safety.
The system handles a wide range of organic waste including chopped vegetables, fruits, soups, sauces, and meat scraps.
Users can adjust tank temperatures, pump speeds, milling fineness, and UHT sterilization levels to match feed material types.
Output formats include:
