EasyReal's equipment project for LLC FRESHBERRY in Russia brings together berry crushing, two-stage pulping and refining, tube-in-tube sterilization, inline high-pressure homogenization and double-head aseptic bag filling.
The configuration covers two distinct capacity levels: 3 t/h for the crushing, pulping and refining section and 0.5 t/h for the four-layer tube-in-tube sterilization system. These are individual section ratings, rather than a single throughput figure for the complete process.

FRESHBERRY is a Russian company working with wild berries, including blueberries, lingonberries, cranberries and cloudberries. This project focuses on equipment for berry puree processing and aseptic bag packaging.
| Processing stage | Project equipment |
|---|---|
| Crushing and puree preparation | 3 t/h crushing and two-stage pulping/refining section |
| Thermal processing | 0.5 t/h four-layer tube-in-tube sterilization system |
| Texture treatment | Inline high-pressure homogenizer |
| Aseptic packaging | Double-head aseptic bag filling system |
The puree preparation section combines crushing with two-stage pulping and refining. The two-stage equipment provides successive separation and refinement steps for berry material before further processing. Screen selection and operating conditions should be matched to the berry variety and required puree specification.

The project includes a 0.5 t/h four-layer tube-in-tube sterilization system. Thermal processing parameters must be established for the actual product, including its acidity, viscosity and required treatment conditions.
The sterilization rating is separate from the upstream 3 t/h preparation capacity. Production scheduling and the interface between processing sections need to account for this difference.

An inline high-pressure homogenizer is included for product texture treatment. The appropriate pressure and operating arrangement depend on the puree formulation and process requirements.
The double-head aseptic bag filling system provides the project's packaging equipment. Bag format, fill weight and aseptic operating conditions are defined for the intended product and packaging specification.
When planning a berry puree project, define the raw material, preparation capacity, thermal processing rate and packaging format together. Contact EasyReal to discuss equipment selection for your berry puree application.
