EasyReal successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a turnkey 3000 BPH juice beverage production line for MAMOU Foods in Mali. The production line is designed for the processing, blending, sterilization, hot filling, cooling, coding, and packaging conveying of multi-fruit juice beverages packed in 350ml and 430ml PET bottles.
This project provides MAMOU Foods with a complete and reliable solution for producing shelf-stable fruit juice beverages under room-temperature storage conditions. With a designed filling capacity of approximately 1000 L/h and a bottle output of up to 3000 bottles per hour, the line helps the customer build a standardized, efficient, and expandable beverage production system for the local West African market.
MAMOU Foods required a complete juice beverage production solution that could handle different types of fruit juice ingredients, including concentrated juice and concentrated fruit pulp. The final products needed to be packed in PET bottles and stored at room temperature with a shelf life of up to one year.
The customer expected the whole production line to cover water treatment, sugar dissolving, blending, sterilization, filling, capping, cooling, drying, coding, conveying, cleaning, and utility systems. Therefore, EasyReal provided a turnkey solution instead of a single filling machine, ensuring that all key processing sections could work together smoothly.

The production line is suitable for various fruit juice beverage formulas based on concentrated juice, concentrated fruit pulp, sugar syrup, treated water, and beverage additives according to the customer's formula.
The final products are filled into 350ml and 430ml PET bottles. These two bottle sizes are widely used in the beverage market and are suitable for retail channels, supermarkets, convenience stores, and local distribution networks.
After proper sterilization and hot filling, the juice beverages can be stored at room temperature, with a designed shelf life of approximately 12 months, depending on the product formula, packaging quality, production hygiene, and storage environment.
High Shear Emulsification System
The high shear emulsification system is used for sugar dissolving, ingredient dispersion, and stable mixing of beverage components. It helps improve product uniformity and supports better taste consistency for multi-fruit juice beverages.
Blending System
The blending system allows the customer to prepare different fruit juice beverage formulas according to production requirements. It is designed for controlled mixing of juice concentrate, pulp, sugar syrup, purified water, and other ingredients.
Automatic Sterilizer
The automatic sterilizer is used to heat-treat the beverage before filling. It helps reduce microbial load and ensures the product is suitable for hot filling and room-temperature storage. The system is integrated with automatic temperature control for stable operation.

Monobloc 3-in-1 Rinsing, Filling and Capping Machine
The core filling section uses a monobloc 3-in-1 rinsing-filling-capping machine. It combines bottle rinsing, hot filling, and cap sealing in one compact unit, reducing bottle transfer distance and improving production hygiene.
This machine is designed for PET bottle juice beverage filling and supports the production of both 350ml and 430ml bottles.

Continuous Cooling Tunnel, Air Dryer and Coding
After hot filling and capping, the bottles enter the continuous cooling tunnel. The cooling process helps reduce bottle temperature gradually, protect bottle shape, stabilize product quality, and prepare the bottles for downstream drying and coding.
The air blowing dryer removes water from the bottle surface after cooling, helping improve code clarity and packaging quality. The coding machine prints production date, batch number, and shelf-life information on the bottle or cap area.

Top Chain Conveyor System and Siemens Control
The production line uses a top chain conveyor system to connect different processing and packaging sections. A stable conveyor system is important for maintaining continuous bottle movement and reducing manual handling.
The line is equipped with a Siemens control system, providing reliable operation, parameter control, and process monitoring. The control system helps the operator manage production more efficiently and improves the stability of the complete line.
RO Water Treatment, CIP and Utilities
The RO purified water treatment plant provides treated water for beverage production. Stable water quality is essential for juice beverage consistency, taste, safety, and shelf life.
The CIP cleaning station supports automatic cleaning of tanks, pipelines, sterilization sections, and other product-contact parts. The turnkey project also includes supporting utility systems such as air compressor, cooling tower system, steam boiler, pipelines, valves, electrical control integration, installation, and commissioning support.
EasyReal completed the installation and commissioning work for the MAMOU Foods project in May 2026. During project execution, EasyReal provided technical support for equipment installation, system connection, production line adjustment, trial running, and operator training.
The commissioning process focused on checking each production section, including water treatment, blending, sterilization, filling, capping, cooling, drying, coding, and conveying. After system adjustment, the line achieved stable operation for PET bottle juice beverage production.
