The line combines pilot tubular thermal processing, direct steam heating, inline homogenization and aseptic sample filling, with supporting utilities.

The system is intended primarily for experiments with different dairy products and the development of formulations. Its inline homogenizer supports both upstream inline homogenization and aseptic downstream inline homogenization, providing two configurations for pilot trials.
The pilot tubular sterilizer, direct steam injection/infusion module and aseptic filling cabinet form an integrated experimental line for JUNLEBAO Dairy's research work.
