System Configuration

The experimental line combines pilot tubular thermal processing, inline homogenization and aseptic filling, together with supporting utilities.

Pilot Tubular SterilizerTubular UHT/HTST processing for pilot-scale dairy experiments.
Inline HomogenizerInline homogenization for cream and dairy formulation trials.
Aseptic Filling CabinetAseptic filling as part of the pilot research system.
UtilitiesSupporting utilities for operation of the pilot line.

Supporting Cream and Dairy Formulation Research

The system provides a pilot-scale setup for Namchow’s Shanghai R&D team to carry out experiments with cream and other dairy products. Combining tubular processing and inline homogenization allows formulation work to be considered alongside the processing steps used during each trial.

The aseptic filling cabinet supports filling after pilot processing. Operating conditions and evaluation methods are selected for the formulation being studied; no single processing setting is assumed for every cream or dairy product.
