In July 2024, EasyReal supplied an experimental Pilot UHT/HTST Plant for Ocean University of China (中国海洋大学). The system is intended primarily for experiments with fluid foods and for formulation research and development.
The project brings pilot-scale tubular thermal processing, aseptic filling and supporting utilities into one research setup. Trial conditions can be selected for the product and research objective being studied; the equipment configuration does not prescribe one universal thermal programme or formulation.

| Aseptic Filling Cabinet | Aseptic filling as part of the experimental processing workflow. |
| Utilities | Supporting utility equipment for operation of the pilot line. |

The pilot tubular sterilizer provides the thermal-processing stage for experimental work. Researchers can select operating conditions for the fluid food under evaluation and observe how the product responds during the trial.
After thermal processing, the aseptic filling cabinet supports filling within the experimental workflow. This integrated arrangement helps research teams consider processing conditions and sample handling together during formulation development.

Pilot equipment allows research teams to study formulations and processing conditions at an experimental scale before making decisions about a larger production process. Each product still requires its own validated formulation, thermal process and evaluation method.
