EasyReal completed a turnkey multi-fruit NFC puree and NFC juice processing project for YuanZhen Food Tech in Aksu, Xinjiang, China. The project was designed for flexible processing of various local fruits and supports both aseptic puree / juice production and small-package NFC juice beverage filling.
In 2023, EasyReal supplied a complete multi-fruit NFC puree and NFC juice processing solution for YuanZhen Food Tech. The project includes a 1 ton per hour fresh fruit processing line, an NFC juice beverage production line, aseptic bag filling, bottle filling, automatic control, and public utility systems.
The whole project was designed as a turnkey fruit processing plant solution, covering raw material pretreatment, fruit crushing, destoning, pulping, refining, grinding, deaeration, homogenization, sterilization, aseptic filling, beverage blending, bottle filling, pasteurization, cooling, drying, coding, and packing.
The main processing line is designed for producing NFC puree and NFC juice from different fruit raw materials. With flexible equipment configuration, the line can process several fruit varieties within the same production system, helping the factory improve production efficiency and expand product categories.
Raw Materials for Multi-fruit Processing
The production line is suitable for black goji berries, black mulberries, red goji berries, apples, pears, prunes, apricots, peaches, and other fruit materials. According to the characteristics of different fruits, EasyReal configured corresponding pretreatment, crushing, destoning, pulping, refining, and sterilization equipment.
This flexible design allows the customer to process both berry-type raw materials and stone fruits, making the line suitable for multi-season and multi-product production.
Processing Capacity and Final Packaging
The fresh fruit input capacity of the NFC puree and juice processing line is 1 ton per hour. The final products can be filled into 20L, 200L, and 220L aseptic bags.
According to product requirements, the finished NFC puree or NFC juice can be stored at room temperature or in cold storage. The designed shelf life is one year or longer, depending on the product formula, sterilization condition, packaging material, and storage environment.
Main Equipment of the NFC Puree and Juice Line
The complete NFC puree and juice processing line includes fruit washing equipment, hammer crusher, prune / peach / apricot destoning machine, automatic preheater, double-stage pulping and refining machine, colloid mill grinding system, inline vacuum deaerator, inline high-pressure homogenizer, automatic aseptic tubular sterilizer, aseptic bag filling machine, Siemens PLC automatic control system, and WinCC upper-level monitoring system.
These machines work together to help the factory complete stable and hygienic production from fresh fruit raw materials to aseptic packaged NFC puree and juice products.
Besides the aseptic NFC puree and juice processing section, the project also includes an NFC juice beverage production line. This section is designed for producing small-package goji berry NFC juice beverages from 200L and 220L aseptic bag-packed raw materials.
The beverage production line helps the customer further process aseptic juice or puree into retail-ready beverage products with different packaging formats.
Raw Material and Beverage Processing Capacity
The beverage line uses 200L and 220L aseptic bag-packed goji berry NFC juice or puree as raw material. The processing capacity is 150L per hour, and the filling capacity can reach up to 3000 bottles per hour.
This configuration is suitable for small-bottle NFC juice beverage production, trial product launches, regional sales, and diversified packaging development.
Bottle and Pouch Packaging Formats
The NFC juice beverage line supports different packaging formats, including 50ml glass bottles, 200ml glass bottles, 15ml PET bottles, and 30ml stand-up pouches.
The finished beverage products are designed for room-temperature storage, with a shelf life of approximately one year under suitable production and storage conditions.
Main Equipment of the NFC Juice Bottling Line
The NFC juice bottling line includes automatic material feeding system, blending system, inline vacuum deaerator, inline high-pressure homogenizer, automatic tubular sterilizer, three-in-one glass bottle rinsing-filling-capping machine, tunnel spray pasteurization and cooling machine, spider-type air drying machine, coding machine, carton packing machine, and other supporting equipment.
From raw material feeding to final packing, the line provides an integrated production process for NFC juice beverage manufacturing.
To ensure stable production and easier factory management, EasyReal supplied automatic control and public auxiliary systems for the project.
Siemens PLC and WinCC Control System
The production line is equipped with a Siemens PLC automatic control system and WinCC upper-level monitoring system. The control system helps operators monitor production status, manage key process parameters, and improve the stability of the whole fruit processing plant.
CIP Cleaning, Purified Water and Compressed Air Systems
The project also includes automatic CIP cleaning system, purified water preparation system, compressed air system, and other public utility systems.
These supporting systems are important for hygienic production, equipment cleaning, stable operation, and long-term factory management.
