1. Aloe Leaf Washing and De-thorning Machine
This unit washes off soil and foreign matter using a high-pressure water spray. It includes a rotating brush drum to remove thorns along the leaf edges. The design prevents leaf damage while maximizing cleaning. Compared to manual washing, this unit improves efficiency by over 60% and reduces contamination risk.
2. Aloe Gel Separator
This machine slices the leaves lengthwise and uses a roller blade system to extract the inner gel. A vacuum enclosure reduces air contact, preserving mucilage integrity. The design supports CIP cleaning and has precise temperature control via PLC. Compared to plate sterilizers, it works better for pulp-containing juice.
5. Vacuum Deaerator
This vertical chamber removes dissolved air before filling or evaporation. It helps reduce oxidation and foam. Aloe juice retains better color and flavor. It includes a centrifugal pump and spray nozzles for stable flow. Compared to open-tank deaeration, vacuum systems extend shelf life significantly.
6. Aseptic Filling Machine for Aloe Juice
This system uses sterile chambers, peristaltic pumps, and steam-jet sterilization. It fills juice or gel into pre-sterilized bags or bottles without contamination. Optional nitrogen flushing reduces air exposure. Compared to semi-auto hot fill, this system ensures higher shelf stability and food safety.
