Gentle Extraction. Efficient Separation. Smart Juice Handling.
EasyReal designs the Aloe Vera Processing Line to preserve the natural mucilage, polysaccharides, enzymes, and vitamins of aloe leaves. The line starts with careful washing, de-thorning, and leaf cutting, followed by specialized gel separation and decolorization systems to remove aloin and bitterness. We use cold or warm enzymatic treatment, ultrafiltration, and vacuum deaeration to stabilize quality.
The juice or gel then moves through a smart UHT/HTST pasteurization module, followed by either aseptic filling or vacuum concentration. Our aloe juice sterilizers and mixers protect heat-sensitive compounds and reduce oxidation.
We integrate PLC + HMI smart control systems for real-time tracking, flow rate adjustment, and recipe memory. Modular design allows you to add processes like flavor dosing, fiber separation, or aroma recovery as needed.
From Beverage to Skincare—Serve Diverse Global Markets
The EasyReal Aloe Vera Processing Line is ideal for:
● Functional beverages with aloe pulp or juice (clear/cloudy)
● Health supplements and nutraceutical drinks
● Aloe gel for skincare and cosmetic applications
● Pharmaceutical-grade extracts with controlled aloin content
● Concentrates or powders for reconstitution or export
● OEM production for aloe brands in bottled, bag-in-box, or sachet formats
Customers use this line in industries such as beverage manufacturing, herbal extraction, cosmetic filling plants, and phytopharma. EasyReal supports local regulations including FDA, EU EFSA, Halal, and Organic processing standards.
Choose Based on Product Type, Daily Output, and Packaging Needs
When selecting your aloe vera processing line, consider:
1. Daily Output Capacity
● Small-scale: 500–1000 kg/day (ideal for startups, cosmetic workshops)
● Medium-scale: 2–5 tons/day (functional beverage, nutraceutical juice factories)
● Large-scale: 10+ tons/day (industrial aloe plants, export-grade extract lines)
2. Final Product Form
● Aloe gel (for cosmetics/skincare): requires fine filtration, pH control
● Clear aloe juice: uses ultrafiltration + polishing filter
● Cloudy aloe juice with pulp: requires homogenization, aseptic dosing
● Concentrate: includes vacuum evaporation
● Aloe extract: uses enzymatic hydrolysis and clarification
● Powder: spray drying or freeze drying module added
3. Packaging Format
● Bottles (PET or glass): for end-customer retail
● Bag-in-box or drums: for foodservice or OEM
● Pouches or sachets: for travel-size or cosmetic market
EasyReal offers modular upgrades based on your raw material form (whole leaves or fillets), processing temperature (cold vs hot), and intended markets (food-grade or pharma-grade).
From Aloe Leaves to Juice, Gel, or Powder – Full-Line Integration
Aloe Leaves → Washing & Inspection → De-thorning & Cutting → Gel Separation → Decolorization → Juice Extraction → Filtration → Preheating → Pasteurization / Sterilization → Vacuum Deaeration → Homogenization (optional) → Concentration (optional) → Filling (Aseptic or Hot Fill) → Packaging
Each step is designed to reduce oxidation, preserve nutrients like acemannan, and improve shelf life. For aloe gel, the juice extraction step is skipped and cold processing is used. For extract or powder, the line integrates evaporation and drying systems.
1. Aloe Leaf Washing and De-thorning Machine
This unit washes off soil and foreign matter using a high-pressure water spray. It includes a rotating brush drum to remove thorns along the leaf edges. The design prevents leaf damage while maximizing cleaning. Compared to manual washing, this unit improves efficiency by over 60% and reduces contamination risk.
2. Aloe Gel Separator
This machine slices the leaves lengthwise and uses a roller blade system to extract the inner gel. A vacuum enclosure reduces air contact, preserving mucilage integrity. The design avoids crushing chlorophyll cells, which could cause bitterness. It offers higher gel yield and faster operation than traditional hand filleting.
3. Decolorization & Aloin Removal Tank
This stainless tank uses activated carbon and low-speed agitation to remove yellow aloin and anthraquinones. You can add filter aids and control pH for better results. The design includes a CIP cleaning system. Compared to simple sedimentation, this method removes over 95% of bitterness compounds.
4. UHT Sterilizer for Aloe Juice
The UHT system uses a tubular heat exchanger to rapidly heat aloe juice to 95–105°C. It kills enzymes and spoilage microbes while preserving acemannan and polysaccharides. The design supports CIP cleaning and has precise temperature control via PLC. Compared to plate sterilizers, it works better for pulp-containing juice.
5. Vacuum Deaerator
This vertical chamber removes dissolved air before filling or evaporation. It helps reduce oxidation and foam. Aloe juice retains better color and flavor. It includes a centrifugal pump and spray nozzles for stable flow. Compared to open-tank deaeration, vacuum systems extend shelf life significantly.
6. Aseptic Filling Machine for Aloe Juice
This system uses sterile chambers, peristaltic pumps, and steam-jet sterilization. It fills juice or gel into pre-sterilized bags or bottles without contamination. Optional nitrogen flushing reduces air exposure. Compared to semi-auto hot fill, this system ensures higher shelf stability and food safety.
Process Aloe Leaves, Fillets, or Pure Gel – Convert to Juice, Extract or Powder
EasyReal’s line supports different input materials:
● Whole leaves with rind and thorns
● Hand-filleted inner gel blocks
● Pre-cut aloe cubes or shreds
You can also combine aloe with other herbs or fruit juices for value-added products. The system allows easy switching between cloudy juice, clear juice, and gel. For extract-grade processing, we offer enzymatic treatment and vacuum evaporation modules.
We help you adjust output volume with modular tank sizes, smart flow meters, and dosing pumps. Whether you run 500 kg/day or 10 tons/day, we build a setup that grows with your demand.
Full-Line Control with Real-Time Monitoring and Recipe Management
EasyReal equips the Aloe Vera Processing Line with a PLC + HMI smart control system. This system lets you operate the entire line from a single touch screen. Operators can set temperatures, flow rates, filling volumes, and recipe steps in seconds.
The system records processing parameters like juice temperature, sterilization time, pH levels, and tank levels. You can export the data for quality tracking and batch records. This helps meet ISO, HACCP, and GMP documentation needs.
Our control cabinet includes:
● Industrial-grade Siemens or Omron PLC
● 10”–15” touch-screen HMI with multilingual interface
● Emergency stop, alarms, and password protection
● Auto-cleaning (CIP) cycle programs with adjustable time and chemical dosage
● Memory for multiple product recipes and historical data logs
● Remote support module (optional) for online diagnostics and software upgrades
Compared to manual systems or outdated relays, EasyReal’s control platform reduces human error, boosts consistency, and simplifies operator training. Whether you run one shift or 24/7 production, you gain full control and visibility.
