Bag in Box Aseptic Filler is used to transfer sterile liquid food products and beverages into sterile bag with good airtightness under aseptic conditions. EasyReal’s Compact Aseptic Filler is adaptable to your production needs and handles bag volumes ranging from 1 to 1,400 liters. It can also work with sterilizer together and combine one Aseptic Bag Filling line. So it was usually considered as an ideal equipment for filling natural fruit and vegetable juice, pulp, paste, puree, fruit jam or similar fluid and materials.

Description

Aseptic Bag in Box Filling System provides a highly efficient and dependable method for both high and low-acid food products. It is commonly utilized for aseptic packaging of a variety of items such as jam, fruit juice, juice concentrate, purees, pulp, concentrates, soups and dairy products. Bag in Box Aseptic Filler allows natural fruit juice or pulp to be stored for over a year at a constant temperature, while concentrated fruit juice or paste can be kept for more than two years.

Normally Aseptic Bag Filling Machine is connected with the sterilizer directly; it will fill the products into aseptic bags after sterilization. The product will be sterilized and cooled to the ambient temperature, then be conveyed to Aseptic Bag Filling machine by the connecting tubes. The product will never be exposed in the air during Aseptic Bag Filling process and will be filled into the aseptic bags in the filling chamber that is protected by the steam. So, the whole process will be made in a closed and safety Aseptic Bag-in-box Filling System.

7. Sterile environment of Aseptic BIB filling is guaranteed by steam protection chamber

8. High filling accuracy controlled by flowmeter or weighing system.

9. Online SIP & CIP is Available together with sterilizer.

10. Adopts linkage control to automatically and intelligently respond to possible emergencies.
