EasyReal's Pilot All-in-1 Carbonator Filling Machine is demonstrated with three packaging formats: PET bottles, glass bottles and aluminum cans. The video moves from a wide view of the equipment to close-up filling and container-handling sequences, then finishes with the three sample formats together on the work surface.
The opening footage shows the vertical filling column with its transparent guard, the angled touchscreen and the stainless steel vessel beside it. EasyReal branding is visible on the machine. A product parameter screen and the main process display also appear in the sequence, giving viewers a look at how the operator accesses settings and follows equipment status.
The compact arrangement keeps the filling position and control panel close together. In the demonstration, the operator handles the containers individually, making the movement between loading, filling and removal easy to follow.
The first filling sequence focuses on a clear PET bottle held within the guarded column. A closer shot shows liquid and bubbles inside the bottle during the operation. The camera then turns to the fixture used for an aluminum can and the separate station beside the main unit, where the operator handles the can through a closure sequence.
A glass bottle appears in the later filling footage. The bottle is shown within its support and then with liquid visible inside it. The closing shot places a capped PET bottle, a capped glass bottle and a closed aluminum can side by side in front of the touchscreen.
