EasyReal's multi-fruit puree and juice processing project for Mariposa Andina in Peru brings together fruit preparation, pulping, juice extraction, vacuum deaeration, tubular thermal processing and aseptic bag filling. The equipment covers a varied fruit and juice portfolio.
The line has a design capacity of 1.5 tonnes per hour, while the automatic tubular sterilizer is specified separately at 1,500 litres per hour. These two ratings describe different parts of the equipment configuration; actual output depends on the product and selected process conditions.

The intended products include passion fruit puree, mango puree, berry pulps such as strawberry and blueberry, ginger juice, cherimoya pulp and pineapple pulp. These materials differ in seed content, fibre, texture and flow behaviour, making preparation and equipment selection an essential part of each processing route.
For a multi-fruit facility, the line configuration connects raw-material handling with the requirements of the finished puree or juice. Fruit-specific preparation, separation and refining settings should be established around the incoming material and the target product specification.
The project equipment includes a juice extractor, a two-stage pulping machine and conveying systems. The conveying equipment transfers material between operations, while the extraction and pulping sections serve the selected juice or puree route.
Two-stage pulping provides successive separation and refining steps. The appropriate screens and operating settings depend on the fruit, its maturity and the required pulp texture. Ginger juice and the different fruit pulps require their own application review rather than a single universal preparation setting.
An inline vacuum deaerator forms part of the process equipment, alongside the 1,500 L/h automatic tubular sterilizer. Deaeration and thermal treatment are considered together with product transfer and the downstream packaging arrangement.
Thermal operating conditions are defined for the actual product and process objective. Product acidity, viscosity, fibre and particle characteristics are relevant to configuring the treatment route and evaluating the line's operating requirements.

A double-head aseptic bag filling machine provides the packaging section. The filling arrangement is reviewed with the upstream process, the intended bag format and the finished product specification.
The auxiliary equipment scope includes a boiler, cooling tower and purified-water treatment system. These utilities support the equipment's heating, cooling and water requirements and are considered as part of the overall plant arrangement.
