The EasyReal Grape Processing Line offers a turnkey solution from raw fruit to shelf-ready liquids or pastes. it includes washing, sorting, destemming&crushing, juice extraction, enzymatic treatment, clarification, evaporation, cooling, tartaric acid seperation. sterilization, aseptic filling, etc.. You can produce NFC juice, concentrate, fermented wine base, and grape purée—each through dedicated processing paths.
We use belt presses/screw pressor and decanter centrifuges for efficient juice extraction and clarity. Vacuum evaporators remove water at low temperature, keeping aroma and nutrients. Pasteurization and aseptic filling units ensure a long shelf life and product safety.
The system is modular and expandable. You can start with a basic juice plant and later add fermentation tanks or drying units. All machines comply with CE standards and are made with SUS304/316L stainless steel. We offer multiple capacity ranges, from 500 kg/h for small wineries to 20,000 L/h for large-scale producers.
You also get full PLC+HMI smart control for recipe adjustment, real-time monitoring, and auto-cleaning. This line minimizes downtime, maximizes yield, and delivers consistent product quality—batch after batch.
The EasyReal Grape Processing Line serves both fresh market grapes and wine varieties, with flexibility for global industry needs:
● Juice and Beverage Manufacturers: Produce clear grape juice, pulpy juice, concentrate for reconstitution, or mixed drinks with NFC base.
● Wineries and Distilleries: Use the line for grape crushing, juice extraction, and pre-fermentation clarification before fermentation and aging.
● Puree and Baby Food Plants: Convert grapes into seedless purée or paste for yogurt mix, pouch baby food, or bakery filling.
● Grape Syrup and Concentrate Suppliers: Extract Brix-rich juice and thicken it via multi-effect evaporation. Ready for export and blending.
● Export Packing Houses: Add value by washing, grading, and pressing grapes into semi-finished bulk juice or wine base for OEM buyers.
This line supports red, white, black, and muscat grape varieties. It also handles both table grapes and wine grapes. EasyReal systems run in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and South America. Our team helps customize each line based on grape variety, climate, and packaging form.
To select the right line, consider your end product, daily processing capacity, and packaging type. We help you find the most cost-effective layout:

We offer complete layout design, utility consumption charts, and trial batch testing support. EasyReal helps ensure each customer invests in a scalable, right-sized solution.
Grape Processing Flow (Juice/Concentrate Path):
Fresh Grapes → Washing → Destemming & Crushing → Juice extraction→Enzymatic Treatment → Clarification → Evaporation (if needed) → Cooling→tartaric acid seperation→Sterilization → Aseptic Filling
Each path uses different core equipment. We ensure high yield, color retention, and aroma preservation across all flows.
Grape Destemmer-Crusher
This unit separates stems and gently crushes berries. The system uses a rotating perforated drum and adjustable paddles. It preserves skin integrity and avoids excessive seed breakage. The unit runs continuously and suits both small and large batches.
Compared with manual sorting, this machine improves speed and hygiene. The stainless steel body resists acidic grape juice and ensures easy washing. Variable speed motors match different grape types. It connects directly to receiving hoppers and juice extractors.
Enzymatic Hydrolysis Tank with Agitator
This insulated tank adds food-grade enzymes to break down pectin and improve juice yield. A low-speed agitator keeps the mixture uniform. Built-in temperature control keeps the tank at 45–55°C for optimal enzyme action.
You can adjust time, temperature, and rotation based on grape type. It improves pressing efficiency and clarity. Enzyme dosing pumps ensure accurate delivery. The tank includes CIP spray balls for auto-cleaning.
Belt Press/Screw type Juice Extractor
The grape belt press uses a series of press rollers and tensioned belts. It presses juice from grape mash without damaging seeds. The wide belt ensures large throughput and uniform pressure. It removes most free juice before any heat treatment.
Compared to screw presses, the belt press gives better juice clarity and higher recovery rates. The open design allows easy inspection and cleaning. It handles both red and white grapes with excellent repeatability.
Screw type juice extractor is more availabel for small capacity.
Falling-Film Evaporator (for Concentrate)
This multi-effect unit evaporates water from juice under vacuum. The falling-film design uses thin liquid films on heat exchange tubes. This keeps aroma and color intact during Brix increase.
The system runs at 65–75°C and achieves up to 65°Brix concentrate. It recovers aroma condensate for re-blending. Compared to rising-film units, it uses less energy and offers better control. You can adjust evaporation stages for different juice types.
Tubular Sterilizer
Adopt overheated water to complete heat exchange with product, to reach to sterilization effect.
Aseptic Filling Machine
This sterile filler packs grape juice, concentrate, or wine base into 5L–220L bags. It uses steam-sterilized filling heads, sterile air protection, and load cells for precision. The filler keeps oxygen out and avoids contamination.
It suits bag-in-box, drum, and pouch filling. Customers use this system in export packaging centers. The entire unit is PLC-controlled and easy to maintain.
EasyReal lines handle both table grapes and wine grapes, with different skin thickness, seed size, and juice ratio. The machines adjust pressing force, temperature, and flow to fit each variety.
You can switch between:
● Seeded vs. Seedless Grapes
● Red, Black, or White Grapes
● Juice vs. Wine vs. Purée products
The destemmer settings adapt for Muscat or Concord grapes. The juice press adjusts roller pressure and belt speed. The clarification and enzyme processes vary by product clarity needs.
You can also shift output formats. For example, switch between NFC juice and concentrate, or between purée and seedless paste. Modular equipment lets you bypass or insert process steps.
This flexibility helps reduce downtime and lets you respond to seasonal supply or customer demand. From grape to final bottle, you control each variable with smart automation and recipe presets.
