The EasyReal Guava Processing Line delivers a streamlined system to handle the entire guava-to-product workflow. We start with fresh fruit receiving, and finish with packaged juice or puree—ready for sale or further blending. The system can process 3–50 tons/hour, depending on your market size.
We build our line with a strong focus on enzymatic control, fiber handling, and pulp protection. Guava contains small hard seeds and thick pulp. Our refining section separates these efficiently using dual-stage pulping and sieving. The preheating section adopts tubular type heater, and sterilization section uses tube-in-tube sterilizers, which protect flavor and avoid pulp burning.
All tanks and piping are made with food-grade stainless steel(SUS304 or SUS316L ), and cleaning is automated with CIP spray balls and hot water loops. Our lines support aseptic, hot fill, or bag-in-box filling, giving you full flexibility across markets.
You can choose a full turnkey solution or a modular upgrade to your existing line. We deliver everything from fruit elevators and washers to homogenizers and packaging units, fully integrated under PLC system.
Guava is rich in vitamin C, natural antioxidants, and dietary fiber. This makes it ideal for functional drinks, tropical juices, and fiber-rich food supplements. The EasyReal line serves a wide range of customers and industries:
● Juice factories making 100% guava or tropical blends
● Puree producers supplying ice cream, yogurt, or baby food industries
● NFC juice brands selling healthy drinks with real pulp
● Exporters packaging guava pulp or concentrate for global supply
● Contract manufacturers producing guava nectar or guava mixes for supermarket chains
We support different end-product paths:
● Guava Juice (clear or pulpy): filtered and homogenized
● Guava Nectar: blended with water and sugar, hot filled
● Guava Puree: seedless, thick consistency, packed aseptically
● Guava Concentrate: vacuum-evaporated for storage or export
Each path uses a different configuration of pulping, refining, and thermal treatment. We guide you through every step—from pilot tests to commercial scale.
You should choose the line layout based on these 3 factors:
1. Processing Capacity:
Small-scale (1–5 tons/hour): lab or pilot plant setup
Mid-scale (5–10 tons/hour): suitable for regional juice production
Large-scale (10–50 tons/hour): for industrial guava puree and juice factories
2. End Product Type:
● For clear juice, we add enzymes and filters after pulping.
● For puree, we use coarse sieves and skip enzymatic clarification.
● For nectar, we include blending and sugar dissolving tanks.
● For concentrate, we install a falling-film evaporator before filling.
3. Packaging Method:
● Bag-in-Box (5L–220L): for puree and concentrate export
● PET Bottles or Glass Bottles: for juice, hot fill
● Aseptic Cartons: for UHT juice
Our engineers help you design the most efficient layout to match your market goals. We also support future expansion and multi-fruit integration.
Raw Guava → Washing → Sorting → Brushing → Crushing →Preheating → Pulping & Refining

1.Raw Material Feeding: Conveyor or elevator loads guavas onto the sorting table.
2. Sorting & Washing: Operators remove damaged fruit. Spray washers clean the surface.
3. Brushing: Rotating brushes remove fine dirt or pesticide residues.
4. Crushing: Hammer crusher breaks fruit into smaller pieces.
5. Heating (Preheating): Brings pulp to 85°C to deactivate enzymes.
6. Pulping &Refining: Pulper-refiner separates seeds and coarse fibers.
7. Evaporation: Adopt falling film type or forced circulation type to get concentrated juice/puree.
8. Enzymatic Treatment: Removal of pectin and starch to obtain clarified juice
9. Sterilization: ensures food safety and shelf stability.
10. Deaeration: Remove non-condensable gases from products to improve product quality and extend shelf life。
11. Homogenization: Make the product smoother and improve product quality.
12. Filling: Aseptic filler, bottle hot filling, or bag-in-box filler packages the product, etc.
13. End Product: Juice, nectar, puree, or concentrate—ready for sale or export.
Guava Washer with Brush Roller
This washer uses a horizontal brush drum with water spray nozzles. It removes surface dirt, pesticides, and soft wax from the guava skin. The machine includes a water recycling tank to reduce usage. Compared to spray-only washers, it gives better cleaning for rough guava surfaces. Ideal for sticky or field-harvested guavas.
Guava Hammer Crusher
The crusher breaks whole guava into coarse mash. It uses swinging hammers and a perforated screen. The opening size adjusts to match different guava sizes. The machine uses stainless steel contact surfaces for hygiene.
Dual-Stage Guava Pulper & Refiner
This two-stage machine removes seeds and skin. Stage one has a large screen (0.8–1.5 mm) to remove seeds. Stage two uses a finer mesh (0.5–0.6 mm) to refine the pulp. The motor-controlled rotor pushes pulp through mesh under gentle force. This keeps the texture smooth and the juice fiber-rich, without breaking seed fragments.
Tubular type or Tube-in-Tube Guava Sterilizer
The sterilizer heats guava juice/pulp by passing it through inner tubes surrounded by hot water. It reaches 95–105°C (customized)to kill germs and enzymes. Unlike direct steam systems, this method avoids flavor loss or pulp sticking. It includes temperature sensors and a control panel to ensure precise heat control.
Guava Vacuum Evaporator (for Concentrate)
This falling-film/forced circulation type evaporator reduces juice/pulp water content at 60–70°C under vacuum. It protects color and aroma while reaching 2–5x Brix concentration. The system has multiple effects (double or triple) for energy savings. We recommend this for concentrate juice/puree plants serving export markets.
Aseptic Bag-in-Box Filler for Guava Puree/juice
This filler transfers sterile guava puree/juice into pre-sterilized bags (5–220L). It includes a steam protection chamber, weighing system, and PLC control. The filler seals automatically and ensures no oxygen enters the bag. This is the best method for long shelf life and export.
The EasyReal Guava Line handles both pink and white guava, including overripe or fibrous varieties. We adapt the crusher and sieve size to match pulp consistency. Our pulper-refiner system can switch screens quickly to fit different product needs.
You can process whole fruit, peeled segments, or frozen pulp.
For outputs, you can flexibly produce:
● 100% guava juice for retail
● Pulp-rich nectar for tropical blends
● Seedless guava puree for baby food or ice cream
● Concentrate for export or dilution blending
You also gain flexibility in packaging. The same filler can handle PET bottles, glass jars, or aseptic bags—all controlled by one touchscreen. With our modular design, you can expand later to add homogenization, deaeration, or blending steps.
The EasyReal guava processing line uses a fully integrated PLC + HMI control system. This system helps you run your factory smoothly, monitor all stages, and reduce operator errors. You can track temperature, pressure, flow rate, and production output in real time.
The touchscreen HMI shows a flowchart of the entire line, with live data from each machine. If there’s a temperature drop in sterilization, or a motor overload in pulping, the system gives instant alarms. You can adjust setpoints directly on screen, without touching the hardware.
We support Siemens PLC, depending on your plant’s standards. The HMI uses multilingual interfaces—English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese—so your operators can work confidently. All process data can be logged and exported via USB or Ethernet.
This smart system includes:
● Automatic product changeover settings
● Data records for HACCP and audits
● Self-cleaning CIP cycle activation with one button
● Remote diagnostics and updates
You can also link the system to your ERP or MES platform for better planning. For factories with digital goals, we offer optional cloud dashboards and mobile alerts, so you see line status anywhere.
