Pilot Water Bath Mixing & Fermentation Plant Installed at INTERBOS Vietnam | Shanghai EasyReal

Shanghai EasyReal has completed the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of a Pilot Water Bath Mixing & Fermentation Plant at INTERNATIONAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (INTERBOS) in Vietnam.
The project provides INTERBOS with a stable pilot platform for developing yogurt, plant-based beverages, and other fermented products under controlled conditions that are close to industrial production.

Project Overview

The system supplied to INTERBOS is based on Configuration 6, the most complete setup in EasyReal’s Water Bath Mixing & Fermentation series.
It combines water bath heating and cooling, automatic temperature control, pH monitoring, and programmable mixing functions.
During on-site installation and testing, the plant:
• Was installed and brought into operation within a few days.
• Reached temperature stability within ±1°C in continuous operation.
• Ran automated cycles for 72 hours without process interruption.
This gives the INTERBOS R&D team a reliable tool to run repeated trials, compare formulas, and record process data before moving new products to larger-scale production.

The plant is designed for food, beverage, and basic biotech R&D tasks that require precise temperature and mixing control. Typical applications include:
