Description of EasyReal UHT Lines

EasyReal’s UHT Lines are fully integrated processing systems designed for the sterilization and aseptic packaging of liquid foods and beverages. Using ultra-high temperature (UHT) technology, products are rapidly heated to 135–150°C and held for a short time to eliminate harmful microorganisms, while preserving taste, texture, and nutritional value. The sterilized product is then aseptically filled into sterile containers, enabling long shelf life without the need for refrigeration or preservatives.

Each EasyReal UHT line includes a UHT sterilizer (tubular, plate, or direct steam injection), aseptic filling machine, and a PLC + HMI control system for real-time operation monitoring. Optional modules such as vacuum deaerators, high-pressure homogenizers, multi-effect evaporators, and CIP/SIP cleaning systems can be added to meet specific production needs.

Our UHT lines are suitable for a wide range of products, including fruit juice, milk, plant-based beverages (like soy or oat milk), sauces, and functional drinks. Why Do UHT Temperature Ranges Vary Across Systems?

The variation in UHT temperature ranges is primarily due to the type of heat exchanger used in the sterilization system. Each design has different thermal transfer characteristics and product handling capabilities:

● Plate UHT Sterilizers typically operate within 85°C to 150°C and are suitable for low-viscosity, homogeneous liquids such as milk or juice.

● Tubular Sterilizers also cover the 85°C to 150°C range but offer better performance for slightly viscous or particulate-containing products.

● Tube-in-Tube Sterilizers are often limited to 85°C to 125°C, as their heat transfer efficiency and structural design are optimized for specific flow and pressure conditions.

Therefore, the supported temperature range of a UHT processing plant depends on which type of sterilizer is integrated into the system. Choosing the right configuration ensures optimal product quality, processing efficiency, and thermal stability.
