A Benchmark in International Collaboration

  • This turnkey project was complex, but our team delivered it on schedule. It demonstrates EasyReal’s expertise in providing end-to-end solutions for vegetable deep processing.

The collaboration has achieved several key goals:

    • Seamless Automation: We integrated a German Siemens Control System. This ensures the entire line runs automatically with zero downtime during the commissioning phase.
    • High Capacity: The line is designed to process large volumes. It successfully produces 3 tons per hour of premium carrot puree and juice.
    • Global Standards: The final product meets ISO 22000 quality standards. This allows Eden LLC to export to Europe and other high-demand markets.
    • Sustainability: We installed an RO Water System and optimized the CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning. This reduced water and energy consumption by 30%, making the plant more eco-friendly.

Eden LLC’s Chief Engineers praised the new system. They highlighted its "exceptional reliability and minimal maintenance needs." This technology is now a cornerstone of their export strategy.

Technical Deep Dive: Inside the Processing Line

The line is designed for high-volume production without sacrificing quality. It integrates four core subsystems. Here is a breakdown of the advanced technology we deployed:

1. Pre-Processing and Extraction

The first step determines the quality of the final product. We used top-tier equipment to ensure purity.

  • Air-Blowing Washing Channel: This unit removes soil and debris using turbulent water flow mixed with compressed air. It cleans thoroughly without damaging the raw carrots.
  • Heavy-Duty Hammer Crusher: To get the best juice yield, carrots must be crushed precisely. Our machine crushes carrots into 2–5mm particles. It features a heavy-duty platform and abrasion-resistant hammers for long-term durability.
  • Pulping and Refining Machine: This dual-stage machine separates the juice from fibers. It features customizable sieves (0.6–1.5mm) and achieves a 95% pulping rate. It effectively removes seeds and peels while minimizing waste.

2. Preservation Technology

To keep the carrot juice fresh and nutritious, we control oxidation strictly.

  • Vacuum De-aerator: Oxygen can ruin the color and taste of juice. Our vacuum system removes oxygen under 0.08 MPa pressure. This prevents oxidation and extends the shelf life.
  • In-line Homogenizer: This machine ensures a smooth texture. It breaks down particles to a size of ≤50μm, creating a premium mouthfeel for purees.

3. Sterilization and Aseptic Filling

Safety is our top priority. The line uses medical-grade sterilization techniques.

  • Tube-in-Tube Sterilizer: This system uses a 3-segment temperature control method. It reduces bacteria levels to less than 10 CFU/g, ensuring the product is safe for long-term storage.
  • Double-Head Aseptic Filler: The system fills the product into 200L Bag-in-Drum formats. It can handle 15 bags per hour, sealing the product in a sterile environment.

4. Smart Automation

Modern factories need modern control.

  • Siemens PLC System: Operators can monitor flow rates, pH levels, and temperatures from a central screen.
  • CIP Cleaning: The automated cleaning system sanitizes the entire line in under 45 minutes, reducing labor costs.

Expanding Market Opportunities

This processing line is not just for carrots. Its modular design offers great versatility. Eden LLC can now produce a wide range of products, including:

  • Puree Applications: Baby food bases, soups, and bakery fillings.
  • Juice Products: NFC (Not-From-Concentrate) juices and vegetable blends.

The equipment is also scalable. In the future, it can be adjusted to process tomatoes, berries, and apples. This guarantees a high Return on Investment (ROI) and a payback period of less than 24 months.
