1.Papaya Washing & Sorting Machine
This unit removes dirt, sand, and pesticide residues from fresh papayas. It includes a bubble washer with air injection to lift debris and a rolling brush cleaner to gently scrub the surface. Sorting belts let operators remove damaged or overripe fruit. Compared to manual methods, this setup improves hygiene and saves labor.
2.Papaya Peeling and Deseeding Machine
This system handles ripe papayas with soft flesh. The soft-touch mechanism avoids excessive pressure, keeping pulp intact. EasyReal's design supports different papaya shapes and ensures clean separation.
3.Papaya Pulping and Refining Machine
