In April 2026, EasyReal completed a 5TPH mango puree processing line project for Watani Food Industries Company LTD in Yemen. The project is designed for the processing of fresh mangoes into high-quality mango puree, with final products packed in 20L aseptic aluminum foil bags and 200L–220L aseptic bags for commercial and industrial use.
Watani Food is a Yemeni food manufacturer focusing on natural fruit-based products, including mango pulp for both family and bulk packaging markets. As mango puree is one of its key products, the customer required a stable, hygienic and continuous processing solution to support large-scale mango pulp production.
Project Name: 5TPH Mango Puree Processing Line
Customer: Watani Food Industries Company LTD
Location: Yemen
Raw Material: Fresh mango
Final Product: Mango puree / mango pulp
Processing Capacity: 5 tons per hour
Packaging Format: 20L and 200L–220L aseptic aluminum foil bags
Project Time: April 2026
The production line covers the main process from mango lifting, sorting and washing to peeling, destoning, pulping, refining, separation, blending, sterilization and aseptic filling. It is suitable for mango puree production plants that require stable output, clean processing, long shelf-life packaging and industrial production efficiency.
For this project, EasyReal provided a complete mango puree processing system based on the customer’s raw material conditions, target capacity and final packaging requirements.
The main equipment includes:
- Mango elevator
- Mango sorting and washing machine
- Mango peeling and destoning machine
- Double-stage mango pulping and refining machine
- Horizontal screw centrifuge separator
- Blending and formulation system
- Fully automatic four-layer tubular aseptic sterilizer
- Double-head aseptic aluminum foil bag filling machine
- Cooling tower
- Air compressor
- RO purified water treatment plant
- Other supporting utility systems
This configuration allows the customer to process fresh mangoes into smooth mango puree with controlled texture, stable quality and hygienic packaging.
Fresh mango processing requires careful handling because mangoes have soft flesh, fiber, peel, stone and natural variation in ripeness. The line therefore needs to balance three key requirements: high pulp yield, stable puree quality and hygienic continuous operation.
In this project, fresh mangoes are first lifted and transferred to the washing and sorting section. Operators can remove unsuitable fruits before the mangoes enter the peeling and destoning stage. The mango peeling and destoning machine helps separate peel and stones from the pulp, reducing manual labor and improving processing efficiency.
After destoning, the mango pulp enters the double-stage pulping and refining system. This section is used to improve puree texture, remove coarse fibers and obtain a more uniform mango puree. The horizontal screw centrifuge separator further supports product quality control and separation performance according to the process requirements.
The puree is then transferred to the blending system, where the product can be adjusted or prepared before sterilization. The fully automatic four-layer tubular aseptic sterilizer is designed for high-viscosity fruit puree products such as mango puree. After sterilization, the product is filled by the double-head aseptic bag filling machine into 20L or 200L–220L aseptic aluminum foil bags.
For mango puree producers, aseptic packaging is one of the most important steps in commercial production. Compared with small retail packaging, 20L and 200L–220L aseptic bags are widely used for food factories, beverage manufacturers, jam producers, dairy beverage plants and other downstream processors.
The aseptic bag filling system supplied in this project helps Watani Food package mango puree in a more suitable format for bulk storage, transportation and industrial sales. The double-head aseptic filler also improves filling efficiency and supports continuous production.
Mango puree production is not only about single-machine performance. A successful production line depends on the coordination of the entire process, including raw material handling, heat treatment, utilities, cleaning design and final filling.
For the Watani Food project, EasyReal considered the complete production flow and utility requirements. Supporting systems such as the cooling tower, air compressor and RO purified water treatment plant help ensure that the processing line can operate as a complete industrial solution instead of isolated equipment.
This project reflects EasyReal’s ability to provide customized fruit puree processing lines for customers in different markets, especially for mango, peach, apricot, berry and tropical fruit processing applications.
EasyReal mango puree processing lines can be customized according to fruit variety, processing capacity, packaging type and final product requirements. For mango puree projects, EasyReal can provide solutions for:
