Shanghai EasyReal Machinery Co., Ltd. (EasyReal, easireal.com) completed a turnkey project for Shandong Shilibao Food Technology Co., Ltd. (Shilibao Foods). The project includes two complete production lines. One line produces NFC fruit & vegetable juice and pulp and packs it into 200L/220L aseptic bags. The second line turns the aseptic base into ready-to-drink juice beverages and fills them into glass bottles at 3000 bottles per hour (3000BPH).
This setup supports both bulk supply and retail products. It also supports multi-fruit operation. The lines handle tomato, apple, pear, hawthorn, and other similar raw materials. Operators run both lines with clear settings. They monitor key points through Siemens control and WinCC SCADA/HMI.
