The customer checked the full line on site and accepted it on July 1, 2023. This project helps Sanhe & Simei expand its seasoning production with stable quality and clear operating steps.
Oyster sauce is a popular seasoning used in many dishes. It tastes savory and smells like oyster.
Producers cook oysters to get the natural juice. Then they boil it down to make it thicker. After that, they add other ingredients and mix well to reach the right taste, color, and texture. The final product is smooth and easy to pour, and it works well for stir-fry, marinades, and sauces.
Raw materials: oysters, wheat, starch, xanthan gum, and other ingredients
Final product: oyster sauce (seasoning)
Bottle type: glass bottles
This line supports a clear process flow:
1. Prepare raw materials and add powders in a controlled way
2. Cook and heat the mixture with stable temperature control
3. Grind and screen to make the sauce smooth
4. Mix again to keep taste and thickness stable
5. Fill into glass bottles for final packing
EasyReal built the line for easy use, stable output, and safe food contact. Key tanks and cooking parts use 316L stainless steel. The line also uses a SIEMENS control system. Operators can see the process in real time, follow recipe steps, and reduce manual mistakes.
