Step-by-Step from Raw Goji to Shelf-Ready Products
1. Raw Material Handling
Fresh or dried goji berries are sorted, soaked (if dried), and rinsed.
2. Soaking & Softening
Goji berries are soaked in warm water for 30–60 minutes to rehydrate and soften skin.
3. Crushing & Preheating & Pulping
Crushing wolfberry to small particles, then preheating it for break down pectin and increase pulp yield. EasyReal’s pulping machine can remove peel and seeds and get the raw wolfberry pulp.
4. Filtration & Deaeration
Juice is filtered and air is removed with a vacuum deaerator to protect color and taste.
5. Evaporation (optional)

Goji Washer and Soaking Machine
This machine removes soil and pesticide residue from fresh or dried goji berries, gently rehydrates dried berries. The cleaning equipment uses air-blow washing machine, and the tumbling motion of the air-water mixture effectively avoids collisions, knocks, and scratches during the cleaning process, allowing the wolfberries to flow evenly.
Goji Pulping Machine
