ERMAK Fruit Product Sterilization and Aseptic Bag Filling Project

In June 2023, EasyReal completed installation and commissioning of a sterilization and aseptic bag filling system in Uzbekistan. The customer was ZAFARXON LLC, which operates the ERMAK brand.

The delivery included a tube-in-tube sterilizer, a screw-pump feeding system and a single-head aseptic bag filler. Product from the upstream preparation stage is fed to the sterilizer by the screw pump. After heating, holding and cooling, it passes to aseptic bag filling, sealing and bag discharge.

The scope of supply starts with feeding product to thermal processing and ends with discharge of filled bags. Fresh-fruit receiving, washing, crushing and pulping are upstream processes outside this project's scope.

The published applications include fruit jam, fruit puree and fruit juice. The design processing capacity is 1 TPH, or one metric tonne per hour. The 1 TPH figure is a design specification; actual throughput for a particular product is established from operating or acceptance records under the relevant conditions.
